Quickly and easily review your 4 PowerBars(R): Mental, Emotional, Spirit and Physical. Get simple, accessible energy booster advice that you can apply in the moment, to raise your PowerBar(R). Review your energy over time and discover what and who is impacting on your PowerBar(R).
. Tap the up and down arrows to pinpoint your PowerBar(R) levels for each of the 4 energies.
. My Summary screen shows 4 energy levels and average. Pick which energy you want to boost and hit the booster button.
. Each of the 4 PowerBar(R) Booster buttons offer ideas and choices to boost that energy.
. Make notes about what puts your PowerBar(R) up and down each day.
. Reminders can be set for any time of day.
